Terms of service
These terms cover your WearableEvents account, the event pages you build, the people and photos on them, and ordering your bands. We've kept them readable on purpose.
Your account
Creating an account and building event pages is free. Keep your sign-in email secure: anyone who can read it can sign in as you. You are responsible for what you and the team members you invite publish. You can delete your account, and every event you own, at any time from your dashboard.
Your event pages
You own the content you put on your pages and you grant us the permission needed to host and display it to the people you choose. Only publish material you have the right to share, including logos, photos, documents and other people's names and details. Page addresses are first come, first served; we may reclaim an address that impersonates someone else or misleads attendees.
Attendee lists
If you add or import details about attendees, you confirm you are allowed to share them with us for your event and to send them their personal links. We use them only to run your event as described in our privacy policy.
Ordering your bands
Bands are made to order and designed together with you, from a minimum of five bands. Because each set is engraved and assembled for one event, we confirm a proof with you before production. Pricing is quoted per order; placing an order means you accept the quote and these terms.
Made-to-order & changes
Once you approve your proof, we begin producing personalised, engraved items that can't be resold, so approved orders generally can't be cancelled or refunded. If something arrives damaged or differs from your approved proof, tell us within 14 days and we'll make it right.
Albums, photos and posts
The organizer owns their album and everything in it. By uploading photos or videos, or posting comments, questions and shout-outs, attendees grant the organizer and WearableEvents the limited permission needed to store, display and share them within that event according to the visibility each attendee chooses. Organizers can hide or remove anything posted to their event. We don't claim ownership of your photos and we don't use them to advertise or to train models.
White-label partners
If you order through a white-label partner (an agency, organizer or distributor), your agreement for the event experience is also with that partner under their brand. We manufacture and host on their behalf; these terms still govern the underlying product and platform.
Acceptable use
Use WearableEvents for your event, not for anything unlawful, abusive, or that infringes someone else's rights. Don't upload content you don't have the right to share. Don't use event pages to collect payments or passwords, to send spam, or to pretend to be another organization. We may remove content, take a page offline or suspend an account that violates these terms or the law.
Service availability
We work to keep event pages and albums available and fast, but we can't promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update features over time. Important changes that affect your events will be communicated to the organizer.
Liability
WearableEvents is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to the bands or the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
