Terms of service
These terms cover ordering your bands and using your event album. We've kept them readable on purpose.
Ordering your bands
Bands are made to order and designed together with you, from a minimum of five bands. Because each set is engraved and assembled for one event, we confirm a proof with you before production. Pricing is quoted per order; placing an order means you accept the quote and these terms.
Made-to-order & changes
Once you approve your proof, we begin producing personalised, engraved items that can't be resold, so approved orders generally can't be cancelled or refunded. If something arrives damaged or differs from your approved proof, tell us within 14 days and we'll make it right.
Your album and your photos
The organizer owns their album and everything in it. By uploading, attendees grant the organizer and Wearable Events the limited permission needed to store, display and share their photos within that album according to the visibility each attendee chooses. We don't claim ownership of your photos and we don't use them to advertise or to train models.
White-label partners
If you order through a white-label partner (an agency, organizer or distributor), your agreement for the event experience is also with that partner under their brand. We manufacture and host on their behalf; these terms still govern the underlying product and platform.
Acceptable use
Use Wearable Events for your event, not for anything unlawful, abusive, or that infringes someone else's rights. Don't upload content you don't have the right to share. We may remove content or suspend an album that violates these terms or the law.
Service availability
We work to keep albums available and fast, but we can't promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update features over time. Important changes that affect your album will be communicated to the organizer.
Liability
Wearable Events is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to the bands or the service is limited to the amount you paid for your order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
