Wearable Events is built by Merjan RFID, a manufacturer that's been making NFC and RFID cards and wearables for three decades. That's why the band can do what a printed wristband can't: the tap chip is sealed in by the people who make it, so it can open a photo album, encode event access, or point to a branded event page — reliably, at the scale of a real event.

The idea started at weddings. Wearable Wedding gives every guest an engraved band they tap to share photos into one album the couple keeps. Organizers kept asking for the same thing for conferences, galas, festivals and brand activations — so Wearable Events is that idea, broadened: the same band engine and album, tuned for every kind of event and built to white-label.

What we believe

Disposable swag is a waste, and the best photos from any event are the ones attendees take — and usually never share. We think the giveaway should be worth keeping, the photos should belong to the people who threw the event and the people in them, and none of it should require downloading an app. A tap is enough.
